A semiconductor equipment OEM contracted with Symation to migrate a Siemens S7-200 PLC to the latest Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200. Symation migrated the application software, replicating the legacy operation in order to provide a drop-in replacement system fully compatible with the existing system.
