Our perspective of Program Management goes beyond GANTT charts and weekly updates to an active role in defending the long term interests of the customers. Although the reports are important, we realize that a decision to select a control system is a long-term decision that will impact stakeholders for tens of years ahead. Our Program Management expertise has been refined through years of experience not only in engineering and business development roles, but in hands-on field support and training with end users and OEMs. We have great respect for the Sustaining Engineering and Maintenance teams that continue to service and support the systems which we develop. These are the roles that make the long term payoff for these large capital investments to be successful. We incorporate these critical stakeholders in the development of custom system projects. We have extensive system engineering experience and work closely with Equipment Engineers to meet all of the specification requirements and identify paths to reaching longer term goals of the equipment.

Our Program Management works to defend the interest of the customer at every step in the decision making process. We are experienced in managing complex multi-year development projects utilizing all engineering disciplines - Mechanical, Electrical , Software, Systems, Quality, Sustaining and Maintenance.
